Our client is a fantastic fast-growing business with their Head Office in Taunton operating across the UK.

Following an internal reorganisation, they are seeking a full time Accountant who can work from home for up to 4 days and week and visit the office once a week. During the initial training and induction, it may be necessary to visit the offices more frequently.

Ideally the candidate will have the following skills and qualifications: -

  • Accounts Administration Experience (3 Years+)
  • AAT/ ACA/ ACCA part qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience also considered
  • Strong Xero Background
  • Strong Excel Spreadsheet Creation and Management Experience
  • People HR (Or similar)
  • ConnectWise (or similar)
  • Excellent Credit Control Experience
  • Happy working in a small / dynamic / fast changing / fast growing business
  • Used to liaising with external accountants and payroll teams

Key Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: -

  • Monthly Recurring invoicing using Xero
  • Ad-hoc Invoicing using Xero
  • Order to Invoice Ratification
  • Returns processing / supplier credit note management
  • Keep Xero Up to date Real Time
  • Allocation and Tracking of Purchase Orders
  • Stock Management and Tracking
  • Bank Reconciliation and HRMC requirements with our accountants
  • Salaries preparation in conjunction with our external payroll team
  • Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly Management Reports using Xero
