Finance Director

Reed Leadership Finance have been engaged by a reputable VC fund who are seeking an  Finance Director on a permanent basis newly acquired SaaS business located in London.

You will take ownership of building out the finance function, to enable to business to continue to scale following the recent funding. Currently the businesses growth has outpaced the finance function, and resources, systems and processes require development.

Working with the founders you shall:

• Build out robust systems, processes and tools
• Create appropriate Management Information templates
• Work with department heads around budgets and business planning
• Take a lead role in defining the structure for the finance team moving forward
• Strong cash management experience

To be considered for the post you shall be:

• An experienced Finance Director (ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified)
• Strong track record in SaaS businesses
• Comfortable within high growth environments
• Experience of raising capital preferably
• Excellent written and verbal communication
