AAT Assistant Accountant, Weybridge
Fletcher George is currently recruiting for a highly successful firm of Chartered Accountants in Surrey. The firm work with a wide range of clients including many local SME businesses. You will report directly to senior management and enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package. Our client currently has a career opening for an AAT studier to work as an Assistant Accountant.
The main responsibilities of this AAT Assistant Accountant will be:
- Preparation of management and statutory accounts
- Preparation of VAT returns and monthly and quarterly bookkeeping duties
- Assisting clients with general accounting support and advice
- Extensive client liaison
About you - you will be required to have at least eighteen months of relevant practical experience working in a firm of accountants with practical experience of accounts preparation and book keeping work. Excellent communication skills are also essential as there will be lots of client interaction.

The salary band of £24,000 - £28,000 is a guide set by Fletcher George and salary offered will depend on level of qualification and relevant experience.
