We’re delighted to be partnering with a renowned organisation to recruit a Finance Manager into their busy team based in Poole. This key role will take responsibility of the day-to-day management of the Finance department ensuring timely and accurate reporting is provided.
The company operates a hybrid working policy, with 2-3 days a week in the office, the rest worked from home.
Duties of the Finance Manager will include but are not limited to:
- Management and leadership of the finance function
- Review large payment runs
- Oversee the payroll function
- Responsible for the financial ledgers and accounting processes
- Review of all balance sheet control and reconciliations
- Assist Management Accountant in the delivery of monthly management accounts
- Responsible for the training and development of the team
- Liaising with Finance Business Partners regarding budgets
- Review, update and improve the current processes and controls
- Provide support to external auditors when required
To be considered for the role of Finance Manager, the following skills/experience are required:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Experience in a senior finance role and managing a team
- Comfortable with senior stakeholder management
