Customer Service Advisor

  • Location - Liverpool OR option to work from home
  • Salary - Up to £20K
  • Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Within this customer focused role you will be dealing with inbound and outbound customer service calls and e-mails regarding Utilities, ensuring the service you provide is thorough and customer centric and providing first line contact and response for new and existing customers.

You will need to have previous experience working within a utilities role (gas/electric/water etc.) and have some experience within billing analysis, checking rates, processing orders.

Working Monday - Friday during core business hours. This role can also offer the option to work from home full time OR within the companies head office based in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First line response to customer enquiries using email and telephone
  • Trouble shoot and resolve basic technical and service issues for the customer
  • Providing new quotes to existing customers in a timely manner
  • Billing Analysis and Queries
  • Client service change requests and Queries

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in either - admin support / customer service / a technical helpdesk role within the utilities sector (gas / water / electric)
  • Customer focused with an emphasis on exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to work alone of as part of a team
