Role: Administrator (Full Time)

Salary: £19,000

JOB OPPORTUNITY!

This is a full time vacancy, Monday - Friday 9-5.30, based in the Kettering office.

My client is looking for 3 administrators to join a busy team. The purpose of the roles is to provide fleet administration support to Internal Account Managers and IFM department, all in a smooth, orderly and timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities;

* Proactive day to day assistance to Internal Account Manager needs and tasks set out by the Operations Manager
* Liaise with dealers and suppliers to aid progression of vehicles on order and work with external suppliers as and when required
* Arrange and manage service booking for drivers as required
* Other administrative duties and assisting wherever required
* Continually focused on delivering excellent customer service, ownership of work & priorities and meet deadlines set
* Assist in preparing client reviews and presentations as required etc.

Needed for this position.

* Previous experience in an administrator role
* Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
