We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to work for a leading UK retailer. Reporting to the Marketing Manger you are responsible to lead and deliver on all Communication and Marketing activity for the company.

Main responsibility.

• Development & delivery of annual marketing plan - Offering more choice to Members and Customers on how they shop with us.
• Support the Marketing Manager.

· Manage the production of retail promotional material ensuring quality and accuracy across all aspects of production and distribution with a focus on continuous improvement.

· To provide pre and post campaign analysis, campaign ideation and delivery.

· To drive increased member and customer purchasing and engagement, working closely with the member, commercial and retail teams

· To assist with the development of the Society annual marketing plan.

· To produce attractive and effective consumer and member communications and campaigns

· To manage all aspects of print production and distribution ensuring accuracy, value for money and cost effectiveness.

· To ensure that all consumer communications adhere to and support Brand standards.

· To recommend to senior managers opportunities for sales growth.

· To manage the marketing print budget and recommend areas for improvement and efficiencies.

· To attend relevant trading and marketing forums, working very closely with the retail and commercial teams to deliver strong campaigns.

· To undertake any other ad-hoc duties or projects as requested by Marketing Manager.

Who are we looking for-

· Experience of omnichannel marketing

· Fluent in Microsoft Office packages

· Ability to establish internal and external relationships

· Experience in managing budgets and delivery of budgets
