We have several vacancies for experienced customer service executives in and around the Mansfield area. Our clients only work Mon- Fri and offer a great working environment along with other benefits.

The roles of customer service executive will involve:

• Receiving inbound calls from customers answering queries, providing feedback
• Arranging appointments for repairs and engineer visits
• Offering advice on products and website navigation
• Taking payments over the phone and arranging deliveries
• Responding to customer emails in a timely manner
• Following up with customers to ensure an excellent customer journey and experience
• Use of internal CRM Systems and MS Office

The ideal candidate for the role of customer service executive:

• Previous telephone-based customer service experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Use of MS Office
