We are looking for a Administrator/ Corporate Services Officer for our expanding team in Dublin. Our Corporate Services Officer provides a reliable, high quality and timely administration support function to the entire Dublin office, to both our internal and external customers.

A varied role, the Corporate Services Officer duties include the VAT recovery and data input for one of our major insurer clients. In addition tasks will include reprographics, new matter inception and court clerking duties from time to time as well as digital media processing, postal and ad hoc banking related duties.

The role will include working on our practice management system, Aderant, attending to queries around billing and financial balances, along with general financial housekeeping matters.

We are looking for experienced administrators, who enjoy using their excellent communication and organisation skills in a busy environment. The role would suit genuine team players with a proactive and flexible approach. Other skills required for the role include an ability to prioritise and allocate tasks. It is important that the candidate possesses a strong attention to detail and accuracy within the role.
