Our client is looking for an Administrator based in Witney. Working hours Monday to Friday. Flexible hours available.
The aim of the job role is to help support the administration of the team leaders and supervisors within the depot. You will also aid other administrators in their admin duties working as part of a team. Training for this position will be provided.
Duty and Responsibilities
- Process customer enquiries, complaints and requests for service received via post, email, telephone or personal contact from the shareholders.
- Run system reports internally and externally for the relevant teams and prepare and process charging runs within scheduled timescales.
- Process and check monthly data reports and resolve any anomalies.
- Data entry and assist in the ongoing maintenance of the database.
- Communicate service delivery information to front line teams and the customer service teams of commissioning authorities.
- Process creditor invoices from receipt through to final management certification.
- Assist in the receipt of payments for service in accordance with existing procedures and audit guidelines, including cash receipts.
- Provide administrative support to the company, including other offices, such as word processing, record keeping, personnel records, filing, archiving and the sorting of mail.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Attention to detail with good organisation skills.
- Proactive team member with a positive attitude and excellent customer focus approach to work.
- Experience in supporting management.
- To be able to communicate confidently and effectively with good written communication.
- Ability to interpret plans and carry out complex tasks.
- Flexible approach to work and be able to multitask.
Requirements
- Full driving licence
- Minimum education of GCSE in Math’s and English.
