Accountant
Our client is a fantastic fast-growing business with their Head Office in Taunton operating across the UK.
Following an internal reorganisation, they are seeking a full time Accountant who can work from home for up to 4 days and week and visit the office once a week. During the initial training and induction, it may be necessary to visit the offices more frequently.
Ideally the candidate will have the following skills and qualifications: -
- Accounts Administration Experience (3 Years+)
- AAT/ ACA/ ACCA part qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience also considered
- Strong Xero Background
- Strong Excel Spreadsheet Creation and Management Experience
- People HR (Or similar)
- ConnectWise (or similar)
- Excellent Credit Control Experience
- Happy working in a small / dynamic / fast changing / fast growing business
- Used to liaising with external accountants and payroll teams
Key Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: -
- Monthly Recurring invoicing using Xero
- Ad-hoc Invoicing using Xero
- Order to Invoice Ratification
- Returns processing / supplier credit note management
- Keep Xero Up to date Real Time
- Allocation and Tracking of Purchase Orders
- Stock Management and Tracking
- Bank Reconciliation and HRMC requirements with our accountants
- Salaries preparation in conjunction with our external payroll team
- Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly Management Reports using Xero
