We are looking for an Administrator ( Corporate Services Coordinator) for our busy corporate services team in our office in Southampton, at an exciting time as we merge with Clyde & Co!

Corporate ServicesCo-Ordinators carry out a range of office service styletasks in support and delivery of core business. Job post holders will be required to undertake a range of routine procedures including document and records management using all associated tools andequipment.

We are looking for administrators who are proactive team workers and can prioritise and allocate tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels are essential. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also key to success the role, where some personal initiative will be required.
