I am currently seeking a competent Administrator to join a successful, well established Engineering Consultancy based in Slough on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will likely have at least 3-5 years of administration experience and be able to speak English and Punjabi fluently.

Key tasks for this Administrator role include;

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry
  • Filing and archiving
  • Managing documents and spreadsheets
  • Managing team members diaries
  • Scheduling meetings/taking minutes
  • Arranging conferences
  • Speaking to customers
  • Answering queries
