My client a very hetic Recruitment company in south London is looking for 2 x Administrators and one Part Time Administrator.

My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their growing London team. You will be helping to look after a UK and International client base. Working across a number of white collar sectors including Rail Industry. My client are a household name and therefore a brilliant employer to work for.

The Role.

This is a busy role which requires lots of tracking, onboarding and sales support. You will work closely with the Directors of the business and be responsible for both administration and candidate tracking responsibilities. As the London team continues to grow.

The Person.

Agency or inhouse Administration or Sales Support experience is preferred but not a must providing you can demonstrate advanced Excel experience. Someone who’s tracked a process via a spreadsheet for example over a sustained period of time.

You'll be a quick learner and comfortable liaising with business professionals via telephone and email. Other useful skills include;

  • Demonstrable ability to complete recruitment related administration tasks such as contractor care and compliance; or previous experience as a Recruiter with the desire to move into a back office.
