We are recruiting for multiple Customer Service Advisor's to come and join our team, working from home and in our office in Belfast

All you need is 6 months experience in any customer facing role to apply!

About the role of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Taking Calls from existing customers who are moving home or want to cancel their contract
  • Solving problems, going the extra mile to provide fantastic customer service
  • Working towards monthly targets, i.e. sales, call handling times, targets, attendance and time keeping.
  • Processing orders and updating customer accounts with relevant detail in an accurate and timely manner
  • Working on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 9pm, Monday – Friday also between 8am and 6pm Saturday & Sunday. You will be contracted to 40 hours per week

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or a targeted environment is preferred
  • You will be driven and confident
  • Able to identify each customer’s individual needs and wants and make recommendations based on these
  • Empathetic
